This is my pride and joy.
This is the first true piece of clothing I've ever made from scratch. Yes, I've made hats, scarves, gloves, socks and the like, but those are more accessories than true clothes.
This was crocheted from a random acrylic yarn I obtained from my mom's bosses mom. I call it 80s orange.
This project was started at about midnight Saturday night/Sunday morning. And finished around 10PM Sunday night. I didn't work continuously, as I had to sleep and eat some time.

This is very nicely made. Good fit, obviously, and the possibilities for wearing it are endless. How's the acrylic on your bare skin, though?

dang girl! that's a sexy shirt O__O I can imagine it looking pretty cute on top of a long sleeve black shirt or something too. you know, just until the summer ^__^

Thanks. I actually wore it to school last week. And I had to keep my sweater zipped up most of the day(just as much because of the creepy old men at my college as the cold weather) and it's definitely better for winter.

anyway, there is nothing more satisfying than using one's own hand-made things, methinks. I'm glad to hear you are making use of it ^_^
